   no surprise about Mandarin being first but how come French is 14th only? :(

   maybe the counting of french-speaking people wasn’t done properly?
   France has a population of 60-65 millions… are there only 12 millions of non-french francophones?
   They may have only have conted the countries where french is an official language…
